Beverly Kaye

Dr. Beverly Kaye is a best-selling author, dynamic speaker, and internationally recognized authority on career development, employee engagement, and retention. She was amongst the first to recognize the power of this triad on an organization’s success. Since her entrepreneurial debut as founder and CEO of Career Systems International (CSI), Bev has used her incisive and inventive thinking to help organizations reduce the costs of talent loss and foster cultures of support. She has refreshed the thinking and behaviors of countless business leaders – a career she continues to this day.

In 2018, the Association for Talent Development (ATD) honored her with its Lifetime Achievement Award recognizing her advanced knowledge, extensive practice across the talent development field, and thought leadership. The Association of Learning Providers (ISA) also honored her with its 2018 Thought Leader Award for her body of work in support of work-related learning and performance. In 2019, Beverly was recognized by the Institute for Management Studies (IMS) with its Lifetime Achievement Award.

As part of her focus on development, Bev recently entrusted Career Systems’ legacy to two key members of her leadership team. Bev now breathes new life into career development, employee engagement, and retention projects that could better meet the needs of the workforce. She consults to talent management leaders, hosts just-in-time discussion groups, facilitates strategic brainstorming sessions, delivers one-on-one career coaching and mentoring, participates on interactive panels, and serves on advisory boards.

Bev is a transplanted Jersey girl who has made her home in Los Angeles with her husband, Barry, and near her daughters, Lindsey and Jill.
