Fabrizio Parini

Fabrizio was born in Rome, Italy. As a “son of the airlines” he grew up in many different countries (Italy, Iran, Switzerland, Zambia, Brazil, Germany etc.).

He studied in London and Rome and got a degree in Business Administration from N.U. in Boston.

Fabrizio began his professional career in Germany, first working for an international marketing research company, then for a US multinational FMCG company in the food industry, then in automotive.

He finally lands at Lindt where he has worked for the past 25 years first in northern Italy, then in Zurich-Switzerland, then in the San Francisco Bay Area as CEO of The Ghirardelli Chocolate Co. and finally back in Italy as CEO of Lindt & Sprungli Italy.

Happily married to a wonderful German woman, they have a daughter who lives in Madrid Spain.

Fabrizio loves traveling and discovering different cultures and foods but also skiing, vintage and sports cars, dogs and many other things.
