Frank Wagner

Frank’s consulting career started at The Center For Leadership Studies with Paul Hersey in the late 1970’s. He then became a partner and director at Keilty, Goldsmith & Boone. With Marshall Goldsmith, Frank co-developed the highly successful Excellent Manager Program originally for IBM, and then many other Fortune 100 Companies. Marshall asked Frank to oversee the design and training of coaches in using his principles and methods of helping successful leaders improve.

He has written: The Power of Total Commitment; and is lead author for: The Stakeholder Centered Coach’s Playbook; and, The Team Stakeholder Centered Coaching Playbook.
