Jack Gabriel and Dominick Gabriel
CEO & SVP
Work With UsJack Gabriel, CEO, and Dominick Gabriel, SVP, co-founded the award-winning brand Gabriel & Co. in 1989, building upon their family's rich legacy of fine jewelry craftsmanship, which began with their father, master craftsman Elias Gabriel. Escaping the civil war in Lebanon, the Gabriel family arrived in New York City in 1983, bringing with them deeply rooted values, enthusiasm, and love for artisanal craftsmanship.
Elias Gabriel successfully opened a retail store where both brothers worked alongside him while attending college. Jack completed his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at Stony Brook University in 1988 and used his expertise to develop the systems and processes that continue to serve as the foundation of Gabriel & Co.'s business. Dominick, after attending college, pursued his keen interest in fine jewelry design, craftsmanship, merchandising, and understanding customer needs.
Under their leadership, Gabriel & Co. has emerged as a leader in the fine jewelry industry, boasting an extensive network of top-tier retailers nationwide. Gabriel & Co.'s dedication to crafting exquisite artisanal fine jewelry is matched by their commitment to supporting communities in need, as demonstrated through their philanthropic pursuits.
After years of involvement with various charitable organizations, the company founded the Gabriel Love Foundation (GLF) in 2017. Amid the pandemic, the GLF Stronger Together collection emerged from the 91>19 bracelet campaign inspired by Psalm 19, which was born from the desire to offer a symbol of faith, strength, and optimism during trying times.
For Jack and Dominick, it was crucial to aid struggling charities during this period of uncertainty. Since 2020, the Stronger Together Collection has consistently donated 100% of its proceeds to Jewelers for Children (JFC). Collaborating with charitable partners, particularly within the jewelry industry, allows Gabriel & Co. to encourage retailers and consumers to contribute to communities in need. Through the Gabriel Love Foundation Jack serves on the boards of Jewelers for Children (JFC) and Diamonds Do Good (DDG), while Dominick participates on initiatives and committees with DKMS (Delete Blood Cancer).
The brothers also work with philanthropic organizations worldwide and engage in philanthropic efforts through their church. The Gabriel Love Foundation has additionally established a Student Scholarship in collaboration with the Women's Jewelry Association Foundation (WJA). Now in its sixth year, the scholarship has supported students seeking professional growth in the jewelry industry who embody a genuine commitment to giving back to their communities.
By honoring their family legacy of crafting fine jewelry, prioritizing quality, and adhering to strong values, the Gabriel brothers have established an exceptional brand. Their profound passion and personal spiritual convictions have been instrumental in designing meaningful and beautiful fine jewelry pieces while simultaneously making a positive impact on the lives of others through their philanthropic initiatives.
