Kevin Coale

Kevin Coale is an executive coach who helps elite leaders and teams optimize performance. A trusted advisor to Forbes 30 Under 30 founders, venture-backed CEOs, and executives managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios, he also serves as a founding coach for two AI technology companies, supporting leaders who are quite literally building the future. Kevin hosts The Delta, a podcast about leadership and change, exploring performance, communication, and values-driven leadership.

Before launching his coaching practice, Kevin served as Dean of Students, Dean of International Students, and Director of Student Leadership at top-performing schools across the U.S., where he built and taught programs in design thinking, ethical decision-making, and leadership. A national champion with the University of Virginia men’s lacrosse team, Kevin also holds a master’s in organizational leadership from Columbia University.

Kevin’s training includes work with Marshall Goldsmith (executive coaching), Alexandra Carter (negotiation), the Exeter Humanities Institute (discussion facilitation), and INSEAD (Transforming Your Business with AI). Kevin is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Birkman Certified Professional with advanced training in team coaching.
