Mitali is an engineer and MBA with over 20 years of rich and versatile experience in Strategy, Sales & Marketing Operations, Process Excellence, and Program Management across diverse industries. Majority of the work experience is with global companies like PwC, GE, Microsoft, and GoDaddy and has held senior leadership roles across India, UK and EMEA. She has led strategy and planning for $1 Billion business and has led P&L responsibilities of multi-million businesses including scaling teams from 30 to 550+ team members. She is also a certified business coach & a certified six sigma professional (Master Black Belt).

Her current clients are CXOs and Entrepreneurs in Technology, Software, Fashion, Hospitality, Construction, Media and Creative & eCommerce sectors. She is a recipient of ActionCoach London Award for Best Client results and have also won the UK Coach of the year for Best Client results in 2020. Her success story has been published in leading publications like Daily Mail and BFA and she has featured in UK Top 100 Influential women in franchising.

She lives in London with her husband and son and as a family they love sports, travel & cooking. She is highly passionate about childhood education and wellbeing and has been sponsoring a child’s education in India, with every client she onboards. She is spiritual at heart and firmly believe in law of karma and abundance.
