Naing Win Aung is Top Business & Executive Coach in Myanmar. After working as an Executive Director in one of the most successful restaurant chains for almost 9 years, he introduced coaching culture to Myanmar and established Breakthrough Coaching, Training & Consulting, the first Coaching firm in Myanmar.

His experiences of leading thousand of employees, systemizing the restaurant operation, organizing employee development programs and strategic planning, working with business consultants and participating in the Board of Directors that expanded the restaurant chain from 7 restaurants up to 37 restaurants within 9 years help him in his new coaching business.

Naing has decided to totally emerge himself in Developing High Performing Leaders and World-Class Coaches, who are able to lead themselves and show the way to others, to contribute in making Myanmar a better Place since 2016.

He has trained ten of thousands of leaders through his popular training program called “Transformational Leadership Journey” and certified several hundreds of Business Coaches. He is now sharing the articles and videos on leadership and coaching to his Facebook followers of 1.2 million.

Naing has learnt and got certified from world top experts and organizations like Marshall Goldsmith, Tony Robbins, John Maxwell, Les Brown, Jack Canfield, Blair Singer, John Mattone, Paul Martinelli, ICF, NLP University, American Board of NLP, Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA), etc.,. He is also MBA graduate of the University of Northampton (UK).

He is now leading as a CEO & Founder of Breakthrough Coaching, Training & Consulting and also leading as a President of Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA) Myanmar.
