Patricia Gorton is an OD Change Management Consultant and Executive Coach, and the founder of People Centered Transformations. Her focus is on supporting leadership teams successfully navigate change and transformation initiatives and build that capability inside the organization.

She has 20+ years of experience helping organizations, teams, and individuals unleash their potential. As a senior HR Executive, Tricia has led talent, leadership, and learning for global organizations going through large-scale transformations, including M&A, organizational redesigns, digital transformation, business process changes, and more.

Her expertise in high potential leadership development, puts the laser focus on behavioral change and coaching for those spearheading these strategic efforts. She has created a culture of change for Fortune 100 companies, private equity-owned businesses, and IPO start-ups in financial services, consumer packaged goods, and technology industries.

She has an MBA from the University of Michigan and completed Advanced HR Education there as well. She is an ATD speaker and has supported the community by leading the ODNNY for three years in New York. She has put her experience, passion and focus on leading change, and she views this as a critical factor of securing strategic advantage in the marketplace!
