Terri Kallsen

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Terri leads efforts to drive growth by implementing organization-wide plans that enable the company to serve its financial advisors more efficiently and effectively, including access to a fully digitized service experience.

Terri served most recently as Executive Vice President, Investor Services at Charles Schwab in San Francisco. She previously held senior leadership roles at First Command, USAA, and Thrivent Financial. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM Professional, Certified Wealth Strategist, and member of the Financial Planning Association, she is highly regarded in the industry. She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNBC, Investopedia, and Kiplinger’s.

Terri enjoys competing in endurance sports outside of the office, having run 21 marathons, including the Abbott World Marathon Achievement and several triathlons.

She also serves on The Board of Trustees for the College of St. Benedict and previously served on the Board of Trustees for the American College. She is an active volunteer for financial literacy for women and at St. Mary’s Center in Oakland.

Terri earned a Bachelor of Science from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota and a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband of 25+ years and three children.
